Polish e-commerce increases with new shops and products - the number of customers is rising as well. However, there is no ideal solutions for Internet users.
It shows the survey made by Interactive Institute Marketing Research. This study is not just about customer behavior, but also says what people do, if the purchase is with difficulties. It turned out that if people have problems during buying, over half of customers use other services and one third in general cancels shopping.
